    Description:
    DSPs will assist in the development and implementation of all support plans while ensuring that our residents live their lives as they choose and participate within their community. DSPs may also assist with food preparation, personal health and hygiene needs, personal and household shopping, personal funds management and creating relationships with family and community members.

    Successful candidates will be ethical, patient, reliable, communicative, compassionate, adaptable, and able to work independently.

    A Lead Direct Support Professional maintains the role of a DSP while holding higher standards of the position. This individual is a role model to others on providing quality supports to individuals served by TLC. They assist others with less experience or knowledge of the residents, home and operating standards of the agency.

    This person maintains a professional and positive attitude while providing guidance and boundaries for safe supports.

  • Starting pay: $19+ DOE
    Shifts available: We have two Assistant Manager positions open. Shifts can be flexible depending on the staffing needs of the home.

    Description:
    This position is a training position. The Assistant House Manager’s time is used to learn the roles of the Program Director/House Manager, the agency policy and procedures, house routines and TLC’s best practices. They will assist the assigned Program Director/House Manager in completing the responsibilities of the position with oversight and guidance.

  • Starting pay: $19+ DOE
    Shifts available: flexible shifts, 30-40 hours a week

    A Life Enrichment Coordinators role is to plan, coordinate and facilitate activities that support Individual ISP goals which focus on Independence, Productivity and Social integration. This position works with the area Program Directors, Financial Administrator, DSP and individuals to assure these goals are being met and documented per TLC and OAR standards. This is a professional position where training and oversight for DSP’s may be needed. It is expected that a Life Enrichment Coordinator focuses on positive forward progress, skill building and assisting individuals to accomplish their goals, while maintaining a professional standard of care.
