Thriving Lives Care offers supports to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities and strives to meet their needs in such a way that provides them with opportunities to thrive. We believe in a person-centered approach that encourages positive communication and creates an environment that allows our residents to live a lifestyle of their choice.

Our Organization

We’re a 24 hour, residential care business with five group homes located in south-east Gresham and Portland. We provide hands on care sculpted to meet each individuals needs to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

TLC takes various steps to ensure our staff have complete training in order to better care for our residents and enrich their lives. But not only that, we take great strides to care for our staff as well.
